I use AI every day: to build investigation tools, to run forensic pipelines, to review regulatory frameworks across jurisdictions, and to conduct doctoral research on how Indian businesses actually adopt AI systems. I do not use it to shortcut thinking. I use it to go further than I could alone.
What I have found is this: AI in the hands of someone who knows the domain deeply produces work that would take a team. AI in the hands of someone who does not know the domain produces confident noise. The difference is not the model. It is the person using it.
